Arm Balance Workshop

2 - 4 pm with Emma
Join Emma for a powerful flow with ample opportunity to pause and build up to many arm balances including crow/crane, side crow variations, flying half pigeon, headstands, forearm balance and handstands.
When each balance pose is viewed as a layering or stacking of familiar poses, there is always somewhere to begin as well as to advance or grow in your arm balance practice.
With a focus on effective alignment and core engagement techniques students of all levels will leave class feeling strong and ready to take flight!
To bring the body into balance, class will wind down with deep releasing stretches and a peaceful savasana.
