Power Yoga (75 & 90 min classes)

Our signature class, Power Yoga is a challenging, flowing style of yoga for ALL LEVELS in a hot room. The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, linked with breath. Modification options are offered for less intense or more advanced practices. Room heated to 95-99 degrees.

Power Hour (60 min)

WARM BASICS (75 min)

Enjoy a 75-minute flowing yoga practice in a comfortably warm room.  This class breaks down the fundamentals of the Power Yoga sequence. This is a basic flow at a slower pace with more instruction on alignment, technique and breath work. Ideal for beginners and those looking to revisit the basics of Power Yoga and focus on form.  Room temp 80-85 degrees.  ALL LEVELS

INFerno hot pilates (60 min)

Inferno Hot Pilates is a full-body workout that combines pilates principles, low impact conditioning, strength work and tabata training. It is an intense, full body workout set to music designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and improve overall health. It torches calories/fat in a short class that is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. The room is heated to 95 degrees with 40% humidity. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Inferno Fusion Express (45 min)

Inferno Fusion is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out using principles from pilates and tabata training. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Inferno Fusion strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

Core Fusion

A blend of Inferno Fusion and Core Focus this conditioning class is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using principles from yoga and pilates. Core Fusion uses moves from Barre, Pilates, Yoga. Weights and mini stability balls may be used to enhance this challenging workout. (room temp 90 degrees)
