WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

  • Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes.

  • Classes are for all levels.

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to start.

  • Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

  • Practice yoga on a empty stomach.

  • Be prepared to sweat!

  • You will sweat. A LOT. Pace yourself and drink plenty of water.

  • Yoga mats and towels are available for rent for $3. Mats and towels are available to purchase at the studio.

  • Please leave your cell phone in the lobby and turn it OFF.

  • Please don’t forget to sign-in and pay for class before class begins.

  • Please store any personal items that you bring into the studio in the cubbies against the wall. In order maximize floor space, the only things on the floor should be mat, towel, and water.
