Gabriella Walters is the founder Inferno Hot Pilates, the first dedicated hot Pilates studio located in Las Vegas, NV. Gabi started the hot Pilates craze in Las Vegas in 2009 – creating the first 60 minute, high intensity, low impact workout performed in a room heated to 95 degrees (F) and 40% humidity. In 2012, Gabi started her own studio, Inferno Hot Pilates, and began offering teacher trainings all over the world. Today, Inferno Hot Pilates is offered in over 100 studios in the USA and over 40 studios outside the USA.

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Gabi grew up as an accomplished athlete, competing in Track and Field and winning her age group in many events including the Long Jump, High Jump, 400m, and 800m distances. She moved to the US in 2002 to compete in Fitness where she competed in many events across the country.

Only after suffering a severe knee injury, did she discovered Meditation, Yoga, and Pilates.Because of her knee injury, Gabi started to do more Yoga and Pilates, and during this time, she learned the benefits of low impact training, one which requires no jumping or running. It wasn’t long until Gabi incorporated her track and field experience by using High Intensity Interval Training, or H.I.I.T, into her workouts.

In 2009, she designed a class which became the basis for Inferno Hot Pilates — a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. The room is heated to 95 degrees (F) with 40% humidity. It is designed for all fitness levels. It helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. The class is performed with fast paced music making it fun and exciting. The class is super motivating, with students seeing results almost immediately.

This is a WARM (not hot) vinyasa flow yoga class. This option is for those who would like a warm, in-studio yoga class but feel more comfortable if EVERYONE has a face covering on the whole time. Teacher and all participants must wear a mask while practicing, as well as upon entry and exit of the studio.

Wait List & Late Cancels/No-Shows

We have been SO happy to see you in the studio for In-Person Classes as well as through zoom in our Virtual Class

Please note:

As you know, In-Studio classes have been very busy and typically have a Wait List. *Please make sure we have your correct/updated cell phone in your Mindbody Account. If you are on the Wait List and a spot opens up, you will receive a text from Mindbody. You can accept the spot by replying to the text with a 'Y' or you can decline the spot by replying with a 'N'

We ask that you promptly accept or decline your spot in class so that we can ask someone else on the Wait List if you cannot join us.

Please remember, for In-Studio Classes, 12-hour cancellation notice is required.

Late Cancels and No-Shows will incur a $25 fee.

Classes are currently limited to 12 students at Empower and 10 students at Solstice. lf you cannot make it to a class you are signed up for, PLEASE notify us with as much time as possible so that we have the opportunity to contact someone on the Wait List.

Safety Measures for In-Person Classes

Your safety is our first priority!

STUDIO CLEANING: We have invested in electrostatic disinfectant sprayers/foggers at each studio that quickly clean and disinfect the studios/floors in between classes. High-touch surfaces are also disinfected in between classes and frequently throughout the day.

Disinfectant wipes are readily available throughout the studios. We highly encourage our clients to use disinfectant wipes as well as hand sanitizer which is plentiful at both studios.

MAT SPACING & PLASTIC BARRIERS: For additional safety, plastic barriers/partitions have been put in place in between mats and per MA guidelines, the floors have been marked so that mats are spaced at least 6 feet apart with the plastic barrier in between.

AIR FILTRATION: Both studios have AirOasis iAdaptAir HEPA/UV Air Filtration devices. The iAdaptAir® HEPA air purifier combines the top five technologies - AHPCO®, Bi-Polar® ionization, germicidal ultraviolet, True HEPA and carbon filtration into one product to continuously clean and purify the air.
