In 2001 she got her 200 hour teacher training certification with FRA in Wellesley Ma. She then went on in 2005 after the opening of her power yoga studio, to take the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute In House teacher training with Baron Baptiste, Gregor Singleton and Coeli Marsh. She has also taken trainings with Rod Stryker and continues to study with him and many other of the greatest teachers in the country! Tricia is a student of yoga and is constantly learning and growing as a teacher and a person! You can feel that when you take her classes, they are always invigorating and inspiriing!
