Stephanie discovered Hot Power Yoga in 2004. She was immediately hooked and would attend class whenever she was able to it into her busy schedule while raising her four children. After a back injury, she had to stop all exercise while she did physical therapy. Although yoga offered Stephanie a good physical workout, it was the meditative aspect of the practice that brought balance and peace to her life that she missed most.
When Stephanie returned to yoga, she could feel the strength and flexibility in her body and a calmness in her everyday life. She became passionate about sharing the experience of yoga and all its benefits; mind, body and soul. Stephanie completed a 200 Hour RYT Teacher Training Program at Empower Yoga Studio with master teachers Tricia Philpott and Elizabeth Huntsman DeAngelis. She is trained in Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.
Stephanie is excited to share the experience of yoga with others. She is enthusiastic about sharing with her students how yoga will help you climb to new heights. Feel the calmness and visualize the new you by allowing the yoga to help you focus on your breath and body. Trust the practice to ease you out of your busy week and transcend you to a higher plateau of relaxation from everyday life. Stephanie's goal it to assist you in feeling rejuvenated and ready for whatever comes across your path. Her ultimate intention is to deliver a safe and challenging practice, allowing students of all levels to take their own journey of self inquiry. Stephanie is passionate that yoga will bring calmness to everyone's life and that anyone is able to reap all of the benefits that yoga has to offer.
