Class Prices

90 minute: Power Yoga class is $15, and the Student rate is $12
60 minute: Power Hour, Core and the ball class are $10, and the students rate is $8

Class Descriptions

  • Power - challenging, flowing style of yoga for all levels in a hot room
  • Power Hour - Power yoga class condensed into 1 hour
  • Beginner Power - power yoga at a slower pace, focused on form in a hot room
  • Core Focus - challenging yet relaxing, focus on core strength borrowing moves from pilate's and yoga
  • Get On The Ball - Focus on core strength and flexibility using stability balls (room temp 80)
  • BEGINNER ASHTANGA - primary series - a vigorous routine using a flowing dance-like sequence of hatha postures (room temp 95)
  • PranaVayu Vinyasa Yoga - beginner to advanced vinyasa flow that uses sequencing to work deeper into the poses (this class will be taught in a warm room - 80 degrees)
