Carol began her yoga journey twelve years ago to challenge herself physically and to simply try out a new form of exercise. But, after just a few sessions, she was hooked.
She quickly fell in love with the way she felt after her yoga practice, not only physically
but also emotionally and spiritually.
For Carol, Yoga is a 3-fold connection: Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Since adopting yoga as a part of her regular lifestyle, her practice on the mat has helped Carol to alleviate any stresses that come her way. Specifically, Carol believes that yoga helps her to maintain a clear and positive mindset at all times.
She works hard to live by one of her favorite quotations:
“The mind is everything; what you think, you become.”
Carol has completed two, 200-hour RYT Teacher Training programs with Tricia Philpott at Empower Yoga Studio in Beverly.
When Carol is not working at her full-time job as a Project Manager, she thoroughly enjoys hiking, biking and walking her dog Casey. Carol loves both nature and being outdoors.
