FAQs:

  • All classes are drop-in and open to all levels.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to start.
  • Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
  • Practice yoga on a empty stomach.
  • Be prepared to sweat! 
  • You will sweat. A LOT. Pace yourself and drink plenty of water.
  • Yoga mats are available for rent. Please wipe down mats after using.
  • Please turn your cell-phone OFF.
  • Please don’t forget to sign-in and pay for class before class begins.
  • Please store any personal items that you bring into the studio in the cubbies against the wall. In order maximize floor space, the only things on the floor should be mat, towel, and water.
